This explains what we collect when you apply or sign up on vishvesh.co, why we collect it, and your choices. Vishvesh Chauhan (vishvesh.co) is responsible for your data.
What we collect
- Applications: name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, trading experience, markets traded, capital range, broker (if given), program interest, goals, availability, and how you found us.
- Early-access list: your email and which tools interest you.
- Technical data: the country and IP address your request came from, recorded when you submit a form, to prevent spam and check eligibility.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment but never see your full card number.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it by WhatsApp or email.
- To deliver the program you buy, including invites, schedules and invoices.
- To email you when the tools you signed up for are available.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with brokers.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business: website hosting and form delivery (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), payment processing, video sessions and messaging platforms. They process data for us under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep applications from people who don't join for up to 12 months, and customer and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages from us, by emailing contact@vishvesh.co. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
vishvesh.co does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
