These terms apply when you apply for, buy or use any program on vishvesh.co. By paying for a program, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The programs on this site are provided by Vishvesh Chauhan, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), who is the lead instructor. You can reach us at contact@vishvesh.co.

2. What we provide

We provide trading education: live and recorded sessions, written material, community discussion and one-to-one coaching on trading method, risk management and market structure.

We do not:

• give personalised investment advice or tell you what to buy or sell;
• provide copy-trading or manage accounts;
• hold, manage or invest your money;
• receive payment from brokers for referring you.

Anything you see in a session or on our channels, including trades the instructor takes or discusses, is shown to explain a method. It is not a recommendation for you to take the same trade. Every trading decision you make is your own.

3. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Our programs are not available to residents of India, or to residents of any country where offering them would be unlawful. By applying, you confirm that you are not such a resident. If we find that you are, we may cancel your access and refund any unused part of your fee.
• We choose who to accept. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.

4. Programs, fees and payment

• The price, format and schedule of each program are confirmed to you before you pay.
• Fees are in US dollars unless we tell you otherwise, and are paid in advance.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• We issue an invoice for every payment.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Schedule changes

Sessions run in Dubai time (GST, UTC+4). If we need to move a live session, we will give as much notice as we can and share the recording. If we cancel a program before it starts, you get a full refund.

6. Your access and conduct

• Your access is personal. Do not share login details, session links or group invites.
• Do not record, copy, resell or republish sessions, materials or group content.
• Be respectful in community spaces. No promotion of brokers, signal services, referral links or other paid products.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, indicators and tools remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

8. No guarantee of results

Trading results depend on your own decisions, discipline, capital and market conditions. We do not promise any profit or outcome. Please read the Risk Disclosure before you join.

9. Limit of liability

We are not responsible for any trading losses you make, whether or not you used anything you learned from us. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the program in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown here when you pay. For memberships, we will tell you about material changes before your next renewal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
