Refund Policy

We want you to join a program because it fits, not because you felt rushed. This is how refunds work for each program.

| The Global Markets Desk | If you cancel at least 7 days before the cohort starts, or within 48 hours after the second live session if the program isn't right for you. | After the 48-hour window following session two. |
| The Floor (membership) | Within 7 days of your first payment. | Renewal payments. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. |
| Strategy Session | If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. You can also reschedule once for free. | Missed sessions, or cancellations less than 24 hours before. |
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@vishvesh.co from the address you used to pay, with your name and the program. We confirm within two working days.
How you are paid back
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. We refund the amount you paid. Fees or exchange-rate differences charged by your own bank are not refundable by us.
If we cancel
If we cancel a program before it starts, you get a full refund. If we have to stop a program part-way through, we refund the part you did not receive.
Removal for breaking the rules
If we remove you for sharing access, resharing content or breaking the community rules in our Terms of Service, no refund applies.
